LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Billy Ray Cyrus’ new band Brother Clyde released their self-titled debut album and are kicking off the CD release with a concert at the 70th Anniversary Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, ND.

In addition to Billy Ray Cyrus on vocals, the band consists of Samantha Maloney, formerly of Mötley Crüe, Hole and Eagles of Death Metal, on drums; Jamie Miller of theSTART and Snot, on guitar; Dan Knight on guitar; and Dave Henning on bass.

The band recently played a special USO concert for military families at Fort Bliss' Biggs Army Airfield in Texas.

The album produced by Cyrus, features the debut track “Lately,” with special guest rapper King Phaze, as well as nine other tracks including “The Right Time” featuring Dolly Parton, “Alive” featuring Trace Cyrus, and Johnny Cash’s “Walk the Line,” recorded in 1998 with Cyrus and a line-up of all stars.

“I always loved rock ‘n’ roll,” Cyrus says, according to the press release.  “That was a heavy part of what I was as a young juvenile delinquent. I tried from my first album to rock like any other Southern rock band.” –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
